Analysis Perspective: A Review of Discourse Analysis in English Teaching

Abstract: Conducting discourse reading and analysis is the foundation for teachers to enhance the effectiveness of reading teaching and cultivate students’ core competencies. To explore the avenues to improve the teaching effect of discourse analysis, Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press published Discourse Analysis in English Teaching (2023), written by Zhu Xiaoyan. The book, based on practical teaching cases, expounds the concepts and methods of discourse analysis, providing references for teachers to carry out discourse analysis teaching. This review will briefly introduce the content of the book and propose three reading suggestions, aiming to help readers deeply understand the concepts and implications of the book.

标题：语篇分析视角下英语教学的逻辑与路径——评《英语教学中的语篇分析》

摘要：开展语篇研读与分析，是教师提升阅读教学成效、培育学生英语核心素养的基础。为探究提升语篇分析教学效果的路径，外语教学与研究出版社于2023年出版了朱晓燕所著的《英语教学中的语篇分析》(Discourse Analysis in English Teaching)。该书结合实际教学案例，阐述了语篇分析的理念与方法，为教师开展语篇分析教学提供了借鉴。本文将简要介绍该书内容，并针对该书的特点为读者提出三条阅读建议，旨在助力读者深入理解该书的理念内涵与应用价值。
